David Thomasson Challenges Premier Dalton Chicken McGuinty

Respected MPPs I, David Thomasson, offer to pay $1,000 costs and cease all political and legal actions against the ODSPA  immediately after the Ontario Government proves the ODSPA fully complies with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, or the Ontario Government voluntarily stops all ODSPA discrimination against Ontario’s Disabled People. Nothing else is acceptable.

Respected MPPs neither McGuinty nor Meilleur has offered any defence of the ODSPA.  McGuinty and Meilleur  are still enforcing unconstitutional quasi-judicial ODSPA Director’s Decision prosecutions and punishments.  Right now some of your constituents are being harmed by ODSP. Please raise your voice and demand that McGuinty defend the ODSPA or immediately stop all ODSPA discrimination.

Ask Meilleur yourself: is the ODSPA discriminating against disabled people in your riding? 

Respected MPPs, why is a bad law that no one can defend being enforced against disabled people in your riding? What have you done to stop it?

I, David Thomasson, am simultaneously using the ODSPA quasi-judicial process,  the Ontario Superior Court judicial process, and the public political process to expose ODSPA discrimination. My single goal is to immediately stop all ODSPA discrimination.

I, David Thomasson, assert that the Ontario Government via the ODSP Act is the single largest source of discrimination against Ontario’s Disabled people. I challenge Premier Dalton Chicken McGuinty to prove me wrong and clearly prove the ODSP Act is constitutional.  I have made this challenge for over 847 days, Chicken McGuinty has never answered.

Respected Ontario MPPs, right now some of your disabled constituents are being punished by unconstitutional ODSP Act discrimination.  Prove Me Wrong, Chicken McGuinty can’t.

Respected Ontario MPPs, please speak out for the human rights of your disabled constitutents and oppose continued ODSP discrimination. Premier Dalton McGuinty continues to chicken out from defending the ODSP Act precisely because he knows it cannot be done.  Chicken McGuinty knows the ODSP Act harms disabled people but refuses to stop the abuse against your disabled constitutents.  Prove Me Wrong, Premier Dalton Chicken McGuinty can’t.

Hi Premier McGuinty, Minister Meilleur, and Jim Brownell. I, David Thomasson, continue to oppose ODSP discrimination. I have begun using my new website http://greendave.ca to lobby the Ontario Government to finally stop abusing disabled people on ODSP. I have just posted another message to Dalton McGuinty on http://greendave.ca and invite you to review it.

I use only peaceful and legal means to oppose ODSP discrimination. I invite you to voluntarily inform me of any factual errors posted to my web page, and I will correct them.

Despite my failure to win an end to ODSP discrimination I remain determined to oppose ODSP discrimination. I am unwilling and unable to accept that some of Ontario’s disabled people are simply not entitled to equality because they are on ODSP. I will certainly continue opposing ODSP discrimination.

I have decided to refuse to verify my 2007, and 2008 farm income to ODSP. My hope is that ODSP will punish me for my violation of the ODSP Act and I will be able to begin another charter challenge.

I, David Thomasson, continue to beg Premier Dalton McGuinty to immediately stop all ODSP discrimination. Premier McGuinty cannot defend the ODSP Act against charges of discrimination against disabled people. Premier McGuinty and his Ontario Liberal Government, via the ODSP Act, is the single largest source of discrimination against Ontario’s disabled people. Prove Me Wrong, Dalton can’t.  ODSP discrimination is a political policy choice, it can be stopped at any time, as soon as Dalton decides to value disabled people and their human rights.

Each working day ODSP discriminates against more of Ontario’s disabled people. As you read this ODSP is harming someone, violating their basic human right to equality. Today, tomorrow, next week, more disabled people will be harmed by ODSP unless Premier McGuinty chooses to stop immediately stop ODSP discrimination.

Tragically Premier McGuinty has chosen to enforce ODSP discrimination throughout his entire term as Premier. Despite the AODA’s lip service to human rights and equality Premier McGuinty has refused to end ODSP discrimination against disabled people.  Please beg Premier McGuinty to immediately stop all ODSP discrimination.

Respected MPPs, David Thomasson’s ODSP Charter Challenge was blocked by a technicality in Ontario Superior Court today. Congratulations Michael Doi, as a result of your fine work the Ontario Government will continue abusing more disabled people on ODSP. No one said Thomasson was wrong, they just told him to shut up.
