David Thomasson challenges Dalton McGuinty to prove that the ODSPA fully complies with the Charter of Rights and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

The McGuinty Government via the Ontario Disability Support Program is the single largest source of discrimination against Ontario’s disabled people. The Liberals are fully informed, they know ODSP discrimination is real, they cannot prove ODSP complies with the Charter and the Code. ODSP discrimination has not stopped. ODSP continues to harm more disabled people each day. Prove Me Wrong, McGuinty Can’t.
